Sean Penn may have a new lady in his life.
The “Mystic River” star, 64, was photographed kissing young actress Valeria Nicov while walking the streets of Madrid, Spain on Saturday.
Penn was dressed casually for what appeared to be a steamy date night, wearing a black jacket and a pair of dark-colored pants which he finished with a light pair of sneakers.
