You don’t need a round-trip ticket to Rome to add a little Italian elegance to your life.

Bloomingdale’s recently launched “From Italy, With Love,” a two-month-long celebration of the best in Italian fashion, design, cuisine, and culture — and Page Six Style recently got up close and personal with a few of the Italian finds featured in the curation.

With Bloomingdale’s personal shopper Stacey Oliver (@ShopWithStacey) as our guide, Page Six anchor Astra and I made our way through the 59th Street flagship, stopping first at the Max Mara display, where racks of the luxury’s label’s iconic outerwear awaited.

Worn by celebrities and royals ranging from Kim Kardashian to Kate Middleton, Max Mara’s classic coats are the definition of investment pieces; crafted from the highest-quality camel hair, cashmere and wool, they’re the sort of staples you’ll wear forever.

Next, we headed to Ferragamo to scope out accessories; namely, the bags and belts, both perfect ways to incorporate a touch of Italian craftsmanship and chic into one’s closet.

Astra couldn’t resist an embellished belt featuring the brand’s signature Gancini buckle, while I gravitated toward the structured, ladylike Studio Box bag.

Lastly, we made our way to the sprawling Bloomingdale’s fragrance department, where we sampled scents from Prada Beauty , Bulgari and Acqua di Parma — a great way to gift a little dolce vita to your nearest and dearest.

While it would’ve been impossible for us to browse all the Italian-made fashion and beauty goodies in a single visit, we’ll definitely be returning to Bloomingdale’s to check out the event’s exclusive campaigns — including Rag & Bone x Lucali and Kartell x Missoni — and Il Mercato, a pop-up marketplace stocked with sauces, pastas, olive oils and coffee straight from Italy.

Visit a Bloomingdale’s store near you or Bloomingdales.com to learn more about “From Italy, With Love.” If you’d like to book a free session with a Bloomingdale’s stylist either in-store or virtually, check out their Styling Services page.
