    Like father, like son.

Prince George reportedly took his first flying lesson while his parents, Prince William and Kate Middleton, cheered him on.

The Prince and Princess of Wales brought their eldest child to the White Waltham Airfield in Maidenhead, England, last week on his last day of summer vacation, the Sun reported Thursday.

“He loved it,” an eyewitness told the outlet.

The onlooker acknowledged that George is only 11 years old but said “it is the right time” for him to start flying.

“His parents watched George take flight from the safety of the ground, but he flew with an instructor,” the witness shared.

The young prince reportedly spent approximately an hour in the air before reuniting with his folks, who had been spending time at the clubhouse with 30 to 40 people.

“Catherine and William watched George take off. But they were relaxed about it. All three of them had been pretty chilled in the clubhouse,” the spy said.

The airfield is located only about 10 miles from the family’s home, Adelaide Cottage in Windsor, so they were able to take George before he returned to Lambrook School.

George is following in his father’s footsteps, as William, 42, is a trained pilot who has flown for the Search and Rescue branch of the Royal Air Force and East Anglian Air Ambulance.

Both William and his estranged brother, Prince Harry, learned how to fly at the Army Cadet Corps at Eton College.

From there, the eldest son of King Charles III and the late Princess Diana enlisted in the Royal Air Force and focused on flying helicopters.

William even flew Middleton, also 42, and their three children — George, Princess Charlotte, 9, and Prince Louis, 6 — to the Commonwealth Games in Birmingham, England, in 2022.

George’s late great-grandfather Prince Philip was also a renowned pilot who trained at the same airfield as the young prince when he learned the basics.

The news of George’s new venture comes after his mom released an emotional video announcing she had finished her cancer treatment .

“The last nine months have been incredibly tough for us as a family. Life as you know it can change in an instant and we have had to find a way to navigate the stormy waters and road unknown,” Middleton said in the clip posted on social media Monday.

The princess called her health scare “complex” and “unpredictable,” but shared that she was able to become “cancer free” with the help of chemotherapy.

“William and I are so grateful for the support we have received and have drawn great strength from all those who are helping us at this time. Everyone’s kindness, empathy and compassion has been truly humbling,” she gushed.

Middleton first publicly shared her diagnosis in March after doctors discovered the disease following her abdominal surgery in January.

She has since slowly begun easing her way back into the spotlight, making appearances at the Trooping the Colour ceremony in June and the 2024 Wimbledon tennis championship the following month.
