Selena Gomez, Steve Martin, and Martin Short were the first presenters at the 2024 Emmys and they kicked off the show with some murderous banter. While presenting the award for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series, Selena threw some loving shade at her “Only Murders in the Building” co-stars, saying Steve and Martin are “this close” to being childless cat ladies — referencing Republican vice presidential nominee JD Vance.
