After being arrested and indicted on charges of sex trafficking and racketeering, Sean “Diddy” Combs was held without bond at a jail that has previously been described as “hell on earth.” The Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, NY, which opened in 1994 and houses more than 1,200 people, has a reputation for poor conditions.
