Jennifer Aniston’s personal trainer is sharing the secrets to how the actress stays fit, toned and fabulous at the age of 55.

Dani Coleman, the director of training and head trainer at Pvolve , works with the “Friends” alum a “handful of times throughout the week” for about an hour depending on her client’s busy schedule.

“Jen is really consistent in her workouts,” Coleman exclusively told Page Six in a new interview. “[During] my time with her, she wants a hard, challenging workout.”

Pvolve is a low-impact fitness method that focuses on “stability, mobility and strength in your entire body,” Coleman explained, by using a precision mat and resistance-based equipment, including hand weights, ankle weights, an ankle band and floor gliders.

Coleman told us that Aniston often requests her favorite full-body sculpt and burn strength sessions, which specifically target the inner thighs, glutes and core, while simultaneously sculpting the upper body with movements like planks.

The workout also focuses on improving strength and overall cardiovascular health through high reps, quick tempo and high-energy movement using the heavy ankle bands and weights.

“We do a lot of core work ,” Coleman revealed of her workouts with Aniston. “We focus really on that total 360 core strength, again, to keep your body upright and moving long term. [There are] some cardiovascular pushes in between and some light plyometric work.”

The Emmy winner also enjoys a mix of sculpt and progressive weight training, involving the use of heavier weights to work both the upper and lower body.

“The formats in our workouts are kind of a hybrid of all of our signature formats, between strength and sculpt, sculpt and burn and progressive weight training,” the fitness instructor explained.

“Then we do a little weight lifting, as well, to help her build muscle mass and bone density, and with really a focus on longevity in her body,” she added.

As for equipment, one of Aniston’s favorites to throw into each session is the “P.band” ($45) which is a resistance band that works the upper body and core.

Coleman also told Page Six that the “Murder Mystery” star is always willing to try anything thrown at her – no matter how difficult the challenge.

“I think that’s one of the best things, and most fulfilling things as a trainer,” she continued. “She’s so hard-working and kind of just trusts me at this point to put her through the ropes appropriately.”

Coleman said she caters to the “Morning Show” star’s energy each time they meet, explaining how Pvolve’s at-home streaming experience offers more than 1,400 on-demand sessions, including stretching and meditation courses.

No matter the session, however, Aniston always prepares herself with a warm-up consisting of light, full-body movements before breaking a sweat.

At the end of each workout, Coleman leads Aniston through a well-deserved few minutes of recovery and stretching.

“Towards the end of it, always a nice little cool down,” Coleman explained. “Sometimes we’ll use a foam roller or our massage balls, [and] that P. ball to do a little myofascial release.”

Coleman told us that the fitness method leaves participants “energized” without them feeling the need to burn out their bodies.

Throughout the interview, Coleman described Aniston as “naturally” active, explaining how she makes time to move her body even with a busy schedule.

“Her time is so precious,” the fitness trainer said. “She comes in, and we kind of get right to work. She sets her phone aside, and it’s really just about her in the moments we’re working together.

“Occasionally the dogs will come in, which is a lot of fun.”

Coleman told Page Six that anyone who wants to workout like Aniston can visit their local Pvolve studio . They can also check out the actress’ on-demand, at-home “Jen’s Spring Challenge” program , as well as her favorite workouts, through the Pvolve website.

Though the live challenge has ended, participants can still access the workouts with three free streaming months that come with the purchase of Aniston and Coleman’s must-have workout pieces, the Essentials Bundle ($350).

Aniston, who has been working out with Pvolve since 2021, partnered with the fitness brand in 2023 after she “burnt out and broke” her body with CrossFit, boxing and other intense exercises.
