Lana Del Rey has kept her love life out of the public eye for nearly her entire career.

And although she rarely speaks publicly about her relationships, the “Young & Beautiful” singer was linked to a few musicians and actors before marrying alligator guide Jeremy Dufrene in September 2024.

In fact, it seemed like their love was destined. In 2014, Del Rey said she would likely end up with someone a bit older — and Dufrene is 17 years her senior.

“I sort of have an affinity for really good, strong, self-assured people,” she told Rolling Stone when she was 29. “I would say I haven’t met them as much in people who are in their 20s. So for me, I have nothing in common necessarily with somebody who’s in their 20s – yet.”

“I’m really looking for an equal,” she added.

Del Rey broke onto the scene in 2011 following the success of her song “Video Games.”

At the time, the singer began dating Barrie-James O’Neill, a Scottish singer-songwriter.

“When I met my boyfriend … we always say that the entire time we were writing for each other, but we didn’t know it until we met each other,” she told Just Jared in 2012.

“So, you feel like even though you didn’t know the person then, all the songs are for them now. That’s romantic.”

“He is a wonderful person. But there are some things he has to deal with,” Del Rey told Swiss newspaper 20 Minuten . “I will not explain it in detail. This was hard on our relationship. I no longer felt free.”

Shortly after announcing her breakup from O’Neill, Del Rey was spotted getting cozy with Italian director and photographer Francesco Carrozzini.

The duo was photographed spending time in Portofino, Italy, after collaborating on her “Ultraviolence” music video.

Although Carrozzini reportedly moved to Los Angeles to be closer to the singer, they split in November 2015 after a year of dating.

The “Summertime Sadness” singer was linked to G-Eazy in April 2017 after they were seen together at Coachella.

The musicians fueled the rumors the following month after they stepped out together in Hollywood.

However, things seemingly fizzled out by that summer as the “Lady Killers” rapper confirmed his relationship with Halsey in August 2017.

Del Rey took a two-year break from dating after her fling with G-Eazy and wasn’t linked to anyone else until September 2019, when she was seen on a Central Park date with police officer Sean Larkin.

A few months later, the singer went Instagram official with the “Live PD” star by posting a photo of him planting a sweet kiss on her head.

During their year-long romance, the pair graced several red carpets, with Del Rey even bringing Larkin as her date to the 62nd Grammy Awards.

However, Larkin revealed to The New York Times in March 2020 that he and the singer decided to be “just friends.”

Del Rey reportedly met musician Clayton Johnson on a dating app after her split from Larkin.

The pair seemingly fell hard and fast, wearing coordinating couple costumes for Halloween and getting engaged by December 2020.

The “Say Yes to Heaven” singer seemingly confirmed their engagement after showing up to “The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon” wearing a massive diamond ring.

Despite going Instagram official in February 2021, the pair called it quits that fall and later deleted all their photos together.

Del Rey, whose real name is Elizabeth Grant, was rumored to be dating Jack Donoghue in early 2022.

The Salem frontman seemingly went public with their romance after he posted a video of them at a monster truck race.

In the Instagram Story, Del Rey sweetly referred to him as “babe.”

Although they continued to date throughout the summer of 2022, the pair called it quits by September.

Del Rey attended the Malibu Chili Cook-Off with Evan Winiker , a Managing Partner at Range Media, and a group of friends in the fall of 2022.

Although the pair kept their romance private, Billboard reported in March 2023 that the two were engaged.

However, Del Rey confirmed she was single in an interview for Harper Bizzar’s December 2023/2024 issue.

“I’m definitely not in love right now,” she candidly told the outlet, noting that it had been at least “five months” since she felt that emotion.

Despite declaring her single status at the start of 2024, Del Rey is ending the year married.

The singer first met her now-husband in March 2019 when he took her on an alligator tour on the Bayou des Allemands, known as the “Catfish Capital of the World.”

Dufrene and Del Rey both posted pictures from the excursion and followed each other on social media soon after.

They seemingly reconnected around May 2024 when the songstress traveled back down to Louisiana.

Three months later, the “West Coast” singer was romantically linked to Dufrene after they were spotted holding hands at Leeds Festival in England.

Although Del Rey shot down dating rumors at the time, the couple made their relationship known weeks later when they attended model Karen Elson’s wedding in NYC.

By September 2024, Page Six confirmed Del Rey and Dufrene obtained a marriage license . That same week, the Daily Mail obtained photos of the duo saying “I do.”

The couple tied the knot next to the Bayous des Allemends in front of their closest friends and family.

The Grammy-nominated singer looked radiant in a white lace ballgown-style dress with ruffled details as her father walked her down the aisle.

Neither Del Rey nor Dufrene have publicly commented on their nuptials.
