Taylor Swift and Brittany Mahomes are not in their reality TV era.
The “Bad Blood” singer — who is dating Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce — and her BFF — who is married to Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes — will not be part of filming for Bravo’s new reality show about the Super Bowl-winning football team’s wives and girlfriends (WAGs).
“Taylor and Brittany are not part of the show at all and will not even be filmed,” a source close to the BFFs told People .
“Taylor especially is very protective of what little private life she has left.”
According to People, a pilot for the forthcoming reality show was filmed during the NFL offseason after the team won their second consecutive Super Bowl in February.
While the cast for the series has not been officially determined, it may include Chiefs wide receiver Mecole Hardman Jr,’s fiancée, Chariah Gordon, and Chiefs defensive tackle Chris Jones’ longtime partner, Sheawna Weathersby.
“There’s still lots to figure out, including who would be a part of the final cast and whether there’s enough there to build a full series around. It’s very much a work in progress,” a source told the outlet.
The NFL players reportedly made very small appearances on camera.
“The action is all centered around Chariah and Sheawna and their group of friends, who all know the struggles of being partners to these workaholic athletes,” a second source told People.
Hardman Jr., 26, and Gordon announced their engagement in June 2024, while Jones, 30, and Weathersby have been dating since November 2015 and share two children together.
Meanwhile, the Mahomeses began dating in 2012 and tied the knot 10 years later in Hawaii. The NFL star, 29 and his wife share daughter Sterling, 3, and son Bronze, 1.
