The daughter of Holmes and Tom Cruise carried the furry feline around in a soft, black carrier. She dressed for the fall weather in jeans, a blue striped sweater and Converse.
While it’s unclear how long the teen is in town, she notably has the week off for fall break, per the university’s official calendar. Classes start back up on Oct. 21.
Her school break conveniently coincided with the start of Holmes’ show on Broadway, which opened Thursday night at the Ethel Barrymore Theatre.
Although Suri seemingly wasn’t in attendance for opening night, several of the “Dawson’s Creek” star’s other family members were there to wish her well.
On Saturday, Holmes shared a photo posing alongside her parents and sisters backstage.
“Thank you to my family for coming to @ourtownbroadway two nights in a row!” she wrote on Instagram . “I love you and am so very blessed. ❤️”
It’s unknown if Suri has attended one of her mom’s showings.
This is the first time the teen has been spotted back in NYC since moving to Pittsburgh at the start of the fall semester.
In August, Holmes helped Suri move into her dorm on campus while her famous father, who has played little to no role in her life, worked on a project across the pond.
“I remember being this age, this time of beginnings,” she told Town & Country , noting that it’s an “exciting” time to “learn about yourself.”
Suri revealed she was attending the private university in June after a video of her wearing a Carnegie Mellon crewneck for LaGuardia High School’s decision day went viral on TikTok.
