Free heart screening event for student-athletes in Las Vegas Valley
LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) - Ahead of the upcoming school year, a Las Vegas Valley nonprofit is working to provide student-athletes a chance to get a critical health screening. Vegas Has a Heart is providing free heart screening for student-athletes Sunday, Aug. 4. The event is planned from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the College of Southern Nevada’s North Las Vegas Campus.

The Eagles have added four more dates to their upcoming residency at the Sphere in Las Vegas, extending their Las Vegas residency into 2025. The rock band announced four additional dates in January “due to overwhelming demand.” The Sphere and Eagles posted on social media: “Due to overwhelming demand, the Eagles have announced four additional shows for the band’s residency at Sphere in Las Vegas on Friday, January 17th, Saturday, January 18th, Friday, January 24th, and Saturday, January 25th.
