Three Vehicle Crash sent One Upside Down and One person to the Hospital on Northbound I-15 in Hesper

HESPERIA, CA. (Pain In The Pass) >> One person was taken to the hospital Sunday evening after a three vehicle crash that sent one car upside down. (Photo above is credit by Veronica D’Arellano.)

The crash was reported at about 6:36pm on Sunday September 29, 2024, on northbound Interstate 15 about a mile after the Oak Hill Road exit.

The vehicle involved the collision were a dark color sedan that drifted into the lane split area, hitting sand barrels and rolled over. The collision sent the sand barrels across all traffic lanes. A red or maroon Dodge Ram pickup truck hit the center divider krail. The third vehicle was an unknown vehicle

Firefighters arrived on scene and one person was transported by ground ambulances to a local hospital with unknown injuries.

The two traffic lanes were reopen at 8:40pm.

We will update this story with more information when the CHP’s preliminary accident report is available. Additional details were limited at this time. This incident will be under investigation by the California Highway Patrol, Victorville Office.
