SP: Drunk driver crashes, trespasses into Wilton home
According to New York State Police, on Wednesday, around 12:10 a.m., troopers responded to Northern Pines Road in Wilton for reports of a car crash. Before they arrived, they say one of the drivers fled into a nearby home.

Kathy Hochul announced that $7.6 million has been allocated to a dozen food service organizations throughout the state as part of the New York Food for New York Families program, which helps connect local farmers with organizations working to address hunger in underserved communities.
State temporarily closes Lake George Million Dollar Beach following storm
The New York Department of Environmental Conservation announced on Wednesday that Lake George Beach, known as Million Dollar Beach, will be temporarily closed to assure the health and safety of bathers. Heavy rains through Lake George on Tuesday resulted in elevated levels of the bacteria E. coli found in water sampling at the beach. The beach will remain closed until testing results show improved water quality.
