KINGSTON – By a 21 to two vote, the Ulster County Legislature Tuesday night approved rebuilding the 50-year-old county swimming pool in New Paltz. At issue was applying for a state grant for the work, which had to be done by last Friday, but the county legislature was not going to meet until two working days later.
