Silverstein Properties finalized two new lease signings at 1177 Ave. of the Americas in Midtown Manhattan. Law firm Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP, a longtime tenant, will relocate within the building to occupy floors 41-43, totaling 42,394 square feet.
