Officials identify human remains found in North Palm Beach
NORTH PALM BEACH, Fla. — The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office has identified the remains of a person found on a beach in May. The sheriff's office identified the remains as belonging to 38-year-old Carlos Lecky. The cause of death was undetermined as of the report’s completion on Tuesday.
