The Gardens Mall Launches Summer Fitness Events

The Gardens Mall will host its annual celebration of wellness, Namaste at The Gardens, July 15-28. Drop in at various locations across the mall for complimentary fitness and wellness classes, beauty care experiences, exclusive retail offers, and more.

In addition to daily activations, The Gardens Mall will host puppy yoga with Big Dog Ranch Rescue and YogaSix in the Grand Court on July 27, from 10 to 11 a.m. Guests can help support animals in need by joining Athleta’s philanthropic shopping party from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Ten percent of sales will be donated to Big Dog Ranch Rescue.

Other wellness initiatives include a Zumba performance in the Grand Court, stroller barre classes with FIT4MOM at Fabletics, chakra readings at Aveda, by-appointment pro micro skin analysis at L’Occitane, and makeup tutorials at Nordstrom.
