Palm Springs International Airport (PSP) is undergoing a transformative dining project, and with it comes Cactus to Clouds. This new restaurant concept, which is in the works at the 3400 E Tahquitz Canyon Way. property, will offer an on-site oasis for food and drinks.

Named after the renowned local hiking trail, Cactus to Clouds is slated to open at the Sonny Bono Concourse, the airport’s website states. Construction began on the concept during the fall of last year, and completion is expected to happen over the summer.

“Cactus to Clouds promises a culinary adventure inspired by Palm Springs’ vibrant flavors. Embark on a journey of taste with our diverse menu, featuring breakfast, lunch, and dinner options crafted to tantalize your palate. And what’s a meal without the perfect libation? Our full bar will be on hand to serve up expertly crafted cocktails, ensuring your dining experience is nothing short of extraordinary,” FlyPSP.com teases.

According to reports, the venue is set to replace the fountain area in an open-air plaza of the concourse. Renderings depict a retro design with dazzling lights. It appears there will be mostly bar and high-top table seating.
