Parkland’s Heron Bay Golf Clubhouse Property Being Marketed to Developers
Parkland commissioners have hired Colliers International to market a city-owned portion of the Heron Bay Clubhouse property to developers, according to city records. As part of a broker services agreement, approved unanimously at the July 10 commission meeting, Colliers will create an offering memorandum for commercial developers interested in purchasing the 9.3-acre parcel at 11801 Heron Bay Blvd. for construction and operation.
