372-condo tower coming to Miami’s Overtown
PMG Residential, Lion Development Group and LNDMRK Development are building a 372-condominium tower in Miami’s Overtown neighborhood, One West Twelve Residences (ONE W12). Over half of the property’s units were sold in the first month of sales, which are being led by PMG Residential. Residences start at $300,000 and include fully furnished studio and one-bedroom units, plus a limited number of one-, two- and three-bedroom townhomes. Features include integrated kitchens with custom countertops, backsplashes and under-mount sinks; custom shades; Miele appliances; and Italkraft kitchen and bathroom cabinetry.

Driver dead, car completely destroyed after crash in NW Miami-Dade
Police are investigating a fatal crash that happened in northwest Miami-Dade early Monday morning. The crash happened in the 7200 block of Northwest 27th Avenue, near State Road 9 in Gladeview. According to Miami-Dade Police, this was a single car accident and the driver was pronounced dead at the scene.
