A Look At Park City, Utah And Its Top-Notch Mountain Beer Festival - "Paltrocast" Exclusive

Since Deer Valley’s inception in 1981, the Park City, Utah destination has been committed to year-round excellence in everything its staff chooses to do. Far more than just a place to visit for skiing, Deer Valley also offers myriad of fall and summer activities, including lift-served mountain biking and hiking, scenic chairlift rides, and Summer Adventure Camp. Its Snow Park Outdoor Amphitheater features three concert series -- including the Utah Symphony’s Deer Valley Music Festival, the Deer Valley Concert Series and Mountain Town Music's free community concerts -- while Deer Valley has also played host to events of Salt Lake City’s Olympic Winter Games, the 19 FIS World Cup and three FIS Freestyle World Championship events.

For Park City visitors craving a ski-centric trip... Over the years, Deer Valley has reportedly invested over $186 million in improvements to its property and on-site resources. Since its first season, its number of chairlifts has grown substantially, starting at five and now having 21 chairlifts. Its initial 35 ski runs have grown to 103, its initial two day lodges have grown to three, its initial 50 ski instructors have been upgraded to more than 500 -- making Deer Valley one of the largest ski schools in the country -- and its initial roster of 200 total staff members has since grown to over 2,800 today.

Via this past weekend's sold-out Mountain Beer Festival at Deer Valley, attendees were able to indulge in a weekend of brews, mountain views, and unbeatable lodging rates on September 14 and 15, 2024. This one-of-a-kind festival included scenic chairlift access throughout the resort, outdoor dining, live music, and a full slate of additional family-friendly activities.
