My boss says I am not inspired enough and that "I take the fun out of our profession" so after working 48 hours last week, he is now asking me to watch inspirational movies

Basically I’m a university age (18y.o.) employee for a major grocery store chain in Australia and have planned (and booked) a vacation with a large group of my friends to Vietnam in December. When I submitted my leave (4 months notice) it was instantly declined which lead to the attached text conversation. I enjoy working at this place but want to live my life and be able to take leave whenever I can to see the world. As the title says, how can I tell my boss to accept my 4 months holiday notice?

How do I tell my boss that she either has to approve my 4 months notice or accept my 2 weeks resignation?

It's the middle of summer in Texas. This McDonald's here is absolutely horrible. I worked there before and they had tried forcing me to work while I had food poisoning from there Now my bf is there working nights and it seems to be getting worse. What used to be good workers are all leaving and he's planning to as well. He already skips his breaks because they are so shorthanded. Only three to maybe four people working all night.

My BF's workplace posted this in the Break Room. They could have worded this better

It's a waste of my time and the companies. It's a awful recruiting tactic and I am sure yields minimal results.

I have been applying for a different job. I have noticed on most employment apps that companies are posting for one city and the actual company is in in a completely different city.

Media and marketing producer with a full (and better) set up at home, as I was freelancing before this my job is 100% digital media… not compensated for travel, 1.5 hours to commute 36 miles. Soul crushing doesn’t even begin to describe it.

This is the message I sent my area manager after not getting paid enough after been told I would get all of my hours paid for. Too much or justified?
