Media and marketing producer with a full (and better) set up at home, as I was freelancing before this my job is 100% digital media… not compensated for travel, 1.5 hours to commute 36 miles. Soul crushing doesn’t even begin to describe it.

i raise your hour in traffic, to my 1.5 hour commute each way (36 miles), for a job that can 110% be done from home 🫡

It's a waste of my time and the companies. It's a awful recruiting tactic and I am sure yields minimal results.

I have been applying for a different job. I have noticed on most employment apps that companies are posting for one city and the actual company is in in a completely different city.

Look at what booster juice thinks is appropriate to send to their employees while they sit in back watching the videos of said employees working

How many times did you apply, and were you even given an interview or completely ghosted?

Have you applied at the same company multiple times for entry level / low skill jobs only to be turned down over and over?
