Swampy Jack’s Wongo Adventure Park awarded Travellers Choice Award by Tripadvisor

PANAMA CITY BEACH, Fla. ( WMBB ) – Panama City Beach’s own Swampy Jack’s Wongo Adventure Park has been recognized for the second year in a row by Tripadvisor.

According to a news release, Swampy Jack’s was awarded the Travellers Choice Award. This award is Tripadvisor’s way of shining light on businesses that consistently earn great reviews, placing them among the top 10% of listings on Tripadvisor around the world.

Swampy Jack’s Amusement Park is a small startup whose owners studied the entertainment desires of Panama City Beach vacationers for decades. This allowed them to craft the perfect mix of go-carts, mini-golf, amusement rides, and midway games that perfectly aligned with those desires, Tripadvisor officials wrote.

The Chief Growth Officer at Tripadvisor, John Boris, congratulated Swampy Jacks on achieving this award for two years in a row. Boris said the Travelers Choice Award honors businesses that consistently demonstrate a commitment to hospitality excellence.

According to Tripadvisor, the owners have a five-year plan to grow the park similar to what the Miracle Strip Amusement Park did in the 1960s.
