PANAMA CITY, Fla. ( WMBB ) – An art exhibit featuring the work of multiple artists across different artistic mediums is now up and available to see at Floriopolis in St. Andrews until Saturday, September 21st.

An exhibit social is scheduled to take place for this ocean-themed gallery on Saturday, July 20th from 4 to 7 p.m. at Floriopolis.

There is no cost to attend the social and all three artists will be there to discuss their work.

Floriopolis’ mission is to spread artwork around the St. Andrews community, and hosting a gallery like this is one way they can help achieve that goal.

“It’s a good time for the community to be aware that Floriopolis has these kinds of events going on,” said Mary Kay Griffith, one of the artists whose work is featured. “I think to bring them inconsistently, a little more often, to enjoy the art, open their eyes up to something new and different, and to get different perspectives on things.”

Every Thursday from 1 to 4 p.m. artists can stop by Floriopolis for open watercolor studio sessions.

It costs $10 to paint and all supplies are provided.
