Free movie and popcorn while celebrating Christmas in July

PANAMA CITY, Fla. ( WMBB ) – A free family event is coming to a Panama City park with plenty to offer for the community.

Kaylee Ward, Realtor, with Salty Marlin Reality along with Kayla Sweeney with Revolution Mortgage are presenting Movies at Oaks by the Bay park in St. Andrews.

There will be a showing of 2018’s The Grinch, starting at 7:30 P.M. Friday, July 26.

Event organizers recommend bringing your own blanket or chairs to watch the movie.

There is no cost to attend the event and there will also be free popcorn and lemonade to enjoy.

There will be food trucks and vendors along with a special visit from Santa Claus starting at 6:30 p.m.

This event will also draw awareness to the Children Left Behind Christmas Gifting program that Bundle of Hope Adoption and Family Services orchestrates each year.
