PANAMA CITY − FSU Panama City and Cadence Bank are getting together to help the community learn more about lowering interest rates, student loans and small-business loans.

The "Operation HOPE" seminar will be held Sept. 10 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at 4750 Collegiate Drive.

Mark Robinson, financial wellbeing coach of Operation HOPE, will lead the seminar, according to a news release.

”Robinson specializes in personal credit and small business coaching,” the release says. “His experience specializes in one-on-one financial counseling, assessing personal finances, creating budgets and establishing and rebuilding credit.”

Cadence Bank and Operation HOPE have been business partners since 2017. Operation HOPE offers programs and initiatives that discuss economic inequality, financial illiteracy and social injustice.
