    Gulf Coast State College to close early due to Hurricane Helene on Wednesday

    PANAMA CITY − All Gulf Coast State College campuses will be closed beginning at 4 p.m. on Wednesday, September 25, 2024.

    According to a GCSC press release, There will be no classes, no activities, or any college services on GCSC campuses.

    GCSC intends to reopen the Panama City, North Bay, and Tyndall campuses on Friday, September 27, 2024.

    “We are continuing to monitor the storm’s development. If any changes need to be made to Friday’s schedule, we will post to all GCSC communication channels.” The release says. “We remind everyone to please be weather aware and contact your professors or supervisor if conditions are not safe to travel.”

    Gulf Franklin campus is closed Wednesday, September 25 through Friday, September 27, 2024.
