Nebraska Veterans Cemetery at Alliance Hosting Memorial Day Program May 27th
(ALLIANCE, NEB.) — The Nebraska Veterans Cemetery at Alliance (NVCA) will be hosting its annual Memorial Day program on Monday, May 27, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. MT. Nebraska National Guard Adjutant General, Maj. Gen. Craig Strong, will be the keynote speaker, and Cemetery Manager Jim Goodwin will recognize the service members who are interred at NVCA. Patriotic music will be performed by St. John’s Brass. As homage to our fallen heroes, Alliance American Legion Post 7 will conduct a rifle salute and play “Taps.”
