Courtland, Mississippi Man Arrested in Panola County for Stealing Vehicles in Oxford and Water Valley
On July 23, 2024, the Oxford Police Department responded to the 400 block of Bramlett Boulevard for a reported stolen vehicle. The responding officer then reviewed footage from security cameras nearby and was able to locate a suspicious male, later identified as Preston Lee Goodwin, 46, of Courtland, Mississippi, enter the vehicle and leave the area.
