Billy Joel’s 2 Young Daughters Steal the Show at His Last MSG Residency Show

Billy Joel commemorated the last show of his history-making residency at New York City's famed Madison Square Garden on July 25 by bringing out some very special guests during the performance.

Thursday's concert saw a lively tribute made by Jimmy Fallon , a spectacular duet with Axl Rose , as well as an appearance by the Piano Man 's two youngest daughters : Della Rose , 8, and Remy Anne , 6.

The girls–whom he shares with his wife of nine years, Alexis Roderick –headed to the stage during his live performance of "My Life" from his 1978 album 52nd Street. A video shared to X (formerly Twitter) by anchor and reporter Darius Radzius caught the moment Della and Remy "stole the show" at their dad's big concert.

In the brief clip, the career solo artist is seated at his piano as he and the band gave it their all during last night's rendition of the hit from his sixth studio album when, all of a sudden, his two daughters walk out from behind the curtain. Della bee-lined to centerstage, appearing to sing all the words to her dad's tune, while Remy opted to get more comfortable atop the piano.

The crowd was pleasantly surprised by the girls' stage presence, emphatically roaring as the song played on. The 75-year-old pop legend's eldest daughter Alexa Ray , whom he welcomed with ex Christie Brinkley , did not appear to be in attendance last night, though she has performed alongside her pops in the past.

That wasn't all the night had in store, as the " Uptown Girl " songwriter welcomed the Guns N' Roses singer onto the stage for an incredible mashup of mini covers that included the Wings' James Bond theme song, " Live and Let Die ," and AC/DC's " Highway to Hell ," before they came together for the big finale: a duet of " You May Be Right " from the Joel's 1980 album, Glass Houses.

As for Fallon's part, he made sure to honor the hitmaker with a touching speech, declaring MSG "lucky" to have had the Grammy winner on residency for the past decade and perform 150 shows at the arena during his career–the most by any artist.

The Garden also celebrated Joel's major lifetime achievement with a blue banner it raised to the rafters commemorating the milestone: "Billy Joel 150 Most Lifetime Performances By Any Artist."
