Fans Call Goldie Hawn's Lookalike Granddaughter a 'Mini Goldie' in New Photo

Fans are amazed by just how much Oliver Hudson’s daughter Rio looks like her grandmother, Academy Award-winning actress Goldie Hawn .

The striking physical similarities were obvious in a new photo that Hudson, 47, shared with his fans on Instagram on Wednesday, August 7. “Rio Hudson has breakfast with her handsome father,” The Cleaning Lady actor alum captioned the photo, which showed the two of them sitting beside a window in an unidentified restaurant.

Hudson made a goofy face for the selfie by crossing one of his eyes while looking open-mouthed at the camera. He was dressed for the summer weather with a gray hat, which featured a yellow logo on the front, and dark sunglasses that he kept tucked in the neck of his white T-shirt. Across the table from him sat the pre-teen Rio, who wore a black shirt and gold necklace with her blonde hair left down. Rio flashed a big, toothy grin at the camera, an expression that reminded many of her father’s Instagram followers of his mother.

Rio “looks just like” the Cactus Flower actress, one fan noted.

“OMG, in the pic, Rio Hudson is a dead ringer for @goldiehawn. I’m sure you’ve never heard that before 😂,” another fan commented.

“Omg Rio looks exactly like your mom lol and even has that same smile,” one Instagram user declared.

Several fans gave Rio new nicknames based on the resemblance, such as “Mini Goldie” and “Goldie Jr.” One Instagram user dubbed her big smile a “Goldie Grin.”

“Rio smiles like her Grandma 😍,” one person gushed as another told the Rules of Engagement actor that his daughter “is sooo your mother!”

“She has your mother’s smile🙂,” another fan agreed.

At 11, Rio is Hudson’s youngest child with his wife of 18 years, Erinn Hudson . The two also share sons Wilder , 16, and Bodhi , 14.
