(Plus, it looks just like a Steve Madden style that’s 18 times the price.)

Five Below’s Ladies Platform Slide Sandals are, of course, $5 and fit that Y2K slide sandal look you definitely already have conjured up in your head. They have a thick, platform bottom and the top has one thick strap that’s almost like a band around the top of your foot, which is made with a faux leather material.

Five Below’s platform slides come in three colors: the iconic black, hot pink and white. They also come in ladies’ sizes 6 through 10. Even though they have the option for in-store pickup and shipping to your home, it depends on what your local Five Below has in stock.

Beachy Black/Black Platform Slide Sandal , $89.95 at Steve Madden

As we mentioned above, this style of sandal was popular in the late 90s and early 2000s by Steve Madden. Today, Steven Madden has the Beachy Black Platform Slide Sandals for $89.95 on their site, and they’re almost identical to Five Below’s sandals. They have a similar thick, platform bottom and thick upper strap. The strap is made with vegan leather and there is a textile lining where your foot goes.

Granted, $90 platform slides from Steve Madden are going to be a higher quality than the Platform Slide Sandals from Five Below, but with how close they look, it’s worth trying out if you want the style but want to save a little bit of money.
