Fans Say Millie Bobby Brown’s New Name ‘Sounds So Powerful’ After She Shares Glimpse at Updated Moniker

Stranger Thing s fans were thrilled to get an update on the show's fifth and final season when Millie Bobby Brown shared a series of behind-the-scenes photos from the show to her Instagram—including her brand new full name.

On Sunday, August 11, the 20-year-old actress posted several pics from the Stranger Things set, with the third image featuring her married name on a blackboard: “Millie Bobby Brown Bongiovi."

"11 in 5," Brown wrote in her caption.

Fans loved the ring of Brown's updated title.

"Millie Bobby Brown Bongiovi sounds so powerful," raved one commenter.

After announcing their engagement in April 2023, Brown married 22-year-old Jake Bongiovi —son of rock star Jon Bon Jovi —in a secret ceremony in May 2024 at an undisclosed location in the U.S.

Though the affair was a small one, Brown's parents and Bon Jovi were all in attendance. The couple is reportedly planning a larger wedding later this year.

Several months before tying the knot, Brown shared the tale of how Bongiovi proposed during an appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon . Because the couple bonded over their shared love of diving, Bongiovi popped the question while they were underwater. Unfortunately, after Brown accepted, the ring he'd placed on her finger fell off—and Bongiovi was forced to dive deeper to find it.

“I truly feel like it’s a reflection of who he is, and I feel like we’re always going to have each other’s back, and if anyone drops the ball, we got it,” Brown said of the sweet moment.
