Fans Compliment Christina Hendricks' New Haircut in Photos From Her 'East Coast Livin'

Ever since she wowed audiences as the bombshell Joan on Mad Men , Christina Hendricks has been known for her glamorous red carpet looks. But the actress is just as stunning in casual settings, as her latest Instagram post proves.

The 49-year-old star took to the social media platform on August 12 to share a photo of herself wearing a wide-brimmed hat and sunglasses, surrounded by trees and greenery. Underneath her hat, her trademark hair was noticeably shorter.

"Doin’ some east coast livin’. The air smells so sweet," Hendricks captioned her post, which also included two nature shots.

Fans were definitely on board with the new look, as well as the relaxed vibe of the pics.

"You look great as always! I love your haircut❤️😍I hope you’re having a lot of fun, we want to see you more! 💗💗 We love youu Christina!! 💞💞," wrote one commenter.

"Back to your roots literally being back East & back to shorter hair. You look so pretty & refreshed must be the slow living here😍," raved a second person.

Hendricks made headlines earlier this summer when she shared photos from her honeymoon in Cabo with her new husband George Bianchini . In a series of dreamy pics, the couple enjoyed their getaway to the fullest, holding hands on horseback and being serenaded by a mariachi band.

Hendricks and Bianchini began dating in 2020 after meeting on the set of Good Girls , where Bianchini worked as a camera operator. They announced their engagement in March 2023 and tied the knot in New Orleans on April 20, 2024.

Fewer than a hundred guests attended the ceremony, held at Napoleon House in the French Quarter, including Hendricks’ fellow Good Girls co-stars, Mae Whitman and Retta , and Mad Men creator Matthew Weiner .
