What will happen in Incredibles 3 ?

Details about the film have yet to be revealed. Back in 2018, Entertainment Weekly reported that Bird spoke "passionately about plots and characters that didn’t ultimately serve the premise" of Incredibles 2 's "two chief storylines (Helen’s solo mission and Bob’s domestic drama), yet would have been compelling and worthy new additions to the franchise."

Bird told EW at the time, "We storyboarded, and we designed characters, and they’re really good! Some of them were really funny and cool and explored certain things…"

"You know, you never say never, because there might be an opportunity to use it. Maybe the idea shows up in a different film, he added. "There was an idea I had for an animated version of The Spirit that I ended up using in The Iron Giant . You never know how these things are going to get repurposed. There were a lot of ideas that we had on this film that could be [used]… whether it’s another Incredibles film, or something else.”

Will the Parr kids be older in I ncredibles 3 ?

Fans of the Incredibles movie will have to wait and see if there is a time jump, however Bird has explained in the past why he didn't age the Parr kids for the second movie.

“Men were expected to be strong, so I made the dad super strong,” Bird told EW in 2018. “Mothers are pulled in 20 different directions at once, so I had her be elastic. Teenage girls are defensive and shy and insecure, so I made Violet invisible and gave her force fields. Ten-year-olds are energy balls, so I made Dash super fast. And babies are unknown! So Jack-Jack either has no powers, or every power in the universe, because babies are all about possibility.”

“So, if you age them up,” Bird continued, “then they’re just powers. And that’s not interesting.”
