The titular character from The Nightmare Before Christmas makes his annual emergence from his cobweb-laden crypt when Halloween rolls back around, and this year, he’s bringing a little extra magic with him. And while the magic might be a little less spooky than you’d expect from Jack, we’re excited nonetheless to see what Mr. Skellington has brewing for us.

As if we needed another one, Disney just added the Jack Skellington Color Changing Mug to their online store, and we suddenly need to clear space for 10 new mugs. This latte-sized ceramic mug sports an inky black colorway with murky purple accents. The whimsical curved handle, in addition to Jack’s two distinct poses, adds the perfect touch of character to this otherwise simple mug, but the real magic happens when you fill your cup with your favorite signature potions.

All you have to do is add in a hot beverage and watch as the black background behind Jack fades away to reveal writings on the blackboard, presumably penned by Mr. Skellington himself.
