It's safe to say Jason Kelce isn't in his country music era right now.

The former Philadelphia Eagles player voiced strong feelings about the popular music genre during a conversation with his brother Travis Kelce from a previous episode of their New Heights podcast .

While on the topic of music and how different genres have changed over the years, Jason found himself going into "full rant mode" when he talked about modern country music.

"If I have to hear one more country song that's, like, 'Got my boots in my truck going through the fields,' like, what the f--k are we talking about?"

"That's not country music," he added, suggesting instead that country fans "Put on some f--king Willie Nelson ."

Getting even more worked up about the topic, Jason added, "I am tired of what country music has become. It is horse sh-t."

But while Travis seemed to be greatly amused by his older bro's passion for the subject, he did try to intervene at one point to calm down the situation, to no avail.

Travis then voiced his personal opinion on the topic, stating, "I like some of the country music coming out," in what appeared to be an attempt at bringing the conversation back to a peaceful decibel.

Fans were nonetheless entertained by the clip, with one person stating , "Jason going full rant mode is my favorite Jason."

"Once he starts ranting, nobody can stop him...not even Travis," someone else quipped .

"We stan Jason!!!" another tweet read , while in another comment, one fan suggested that Jason "needs his own personal gossip session podcast."
