Fans Say Goldie Hawn’s Granddaughter Is ‘Definitely’ Her ‘Mini Me’ in Photos From ‘Perfect’ Family Day

Fans received further evidence on Friday, Aug. 16, that one of Goldie Hawn’s granddaughters is a carbon copy of the Academy Award-winning actress.

A new collection of photos that Hawn’s daughter, fellow actress Kate Hudson , shared on Instagram showed several family members enjoying time together on a ranch. While the seven-part post began with a photo of Hudson’s 5-year-old daughter, Rani , the image was quickly followed by an adorable snapshot of Hawn posing with Rani and Rio , the 11-year-old daughter of Hawn’s son, Oliver Hudson .

Fans have noticed before how much Rio looks like her grandmother , with many commenting previously on how Rio seems to have inherited the Cactus Flower actress’ big, happy smile.

The similarities were even more obvious as the two posed side-by-side for Kate’s Friday post.

Hawn, 78, and Rio aimed their blue-eyed gazes at the camera with the edges of their mouths turned up in nearly identical smiles. Their blond hair, which Hawn partially covered with a white cowgirl hat and Rio partially covered with a bandana, further displayed their physical similarities.

Rio’s toothy smile reappeared later in Kate’s Instagram carousel as the 11-year-old posed beside her younger cousin. She and Rani flashed large smiles at the camera, seemingly thrilled by their time enjoying what Kate described in her Instagram caption as a “Perfect family ranch day ⛰️🤍.”

“Oliver’s daughter is definitely Goldie’s mini me. 💛💛,” one fan declared.

“I see it too 😍,” an Instagram user agreed.

“Uhh yes, absolutely. 😮😍😂,” another Instagram user replied.

At 11, Rio is the youngest child Oliver shares with his wife, Erinn . The two also have sons Wilder , 16, and Bodhi , 14.

Rani is the youngest in Kate’s family. The How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days actress shares her daughter with her fiancé, Chief guitarist Danny Fujikawa .

Additionally, Kate has two sons: 20-year-old Ryder , whom she shares with her ex-husband, The Black Crowes founding member Chris Robinson , and 13-year-old Bingham , whom she shares with her ex-fiancé, Muse frontman Matt Bellamy .
