Demi Moore Shares Throwback Photo in Honor of Daughter Rumer Willis' Birthday

Demi Moore has a special birthday message for her firstborn daughter.

The Ghost star, 61, celebrated Rumer Willis turning 36 this week with a heartfelt tribute on social media, sharing a sweet throwback photo of the mother-daughter duo to mark the occasion.

On Friday, Aug. 16, Demi—who shares Rumer with ex-husband Bruce Willis —took to Instagram to upload an old photograph of when Rumer was just a newborn. She made the post into a full-circle moment by adding another shot, which featured Demi hugging an all-grown-up Rumer on the day she gave birth to her daughter, Louetta , in April 2023.

"Rumer, you will always be my baby! Happy birthday, my love ♥️" Demi wrote in Friday's post, adding, "To a new year beyond measure."

"I love and adore you!" she added to her firstborn, the eldest of three daughters Demi shares with Bruce, 69. The former spouses also share daughters Scout , 33, and Tallulah , 30.

"Oh mama I love you so much," Rumer replied to her mom in the comments.

Scout also shared a sweet tribute for her birthday, posting an Instagram video of the two siblings spending a day at the beach together. In the sunny clip, Scout turned away from the camera and gave her big sis a kiss on the cheek.

In her caption, Scout called Rumer the, "Best mama, hottest mama, best friend, bravest, funniest, smartest, sister of my dreams!"

"You're a dream @rumerwillis and I am OBSESSED with you and star struck to be related to you," Scout's caption concluded.

Rumer also celebrated her birthday on her own Instagram page, sharing a smiling video from her b-day, which she spent on the beach with her family.

"✨ 36 is the new 26 ✨" she quipped in the caption.
