Taylor Swift Fans Share Their Unfiltered Reactions to Seeing Themselves in Her New Music Video: 'Chaos'

Taylor Swift just finished up the European leg of her Eras Tour and she ended with a bang, with a special surprise for Swifties both in the audience and at home.

The singer unexpectedly dropped a music video for her song "I Can Do It With a Broken Heart" from her latest album, The Tortured Poets Department , before the night was over, featuring behind-the-scenes footage from the Eras Tour, including shots of fans singing along at the shows.

Well, those lucky enough to appear in the video quickly spotted themselves, and the reactions were enthusiastic and authentic, to say the least.

One group of fans seen in the music video during a clip from one of the shows in Paris, France just so happened to be at Wembley Stadium for another of Swift's shows when the video dropped. Sharing their reaction on TikTok, one wrote, "we LOST it WTF."

In the clip, they saw themselves and started screaming, with one Swiftie even ending up on the floor in their excitement.

Other Swifties related to the fans' reactions, with replies like, "this is such a valid reaction," and "OMG THATS LITERAL LIFE GOALS RIGHT THERE 😭🫶."

One joked, "id write this on my CV," while another commented that it was the "Biggest flexxx ✨💓😭✨💓💓💓💓."

A different Swiftie featured in the music video was at home watching when it dropped, screaming and causing her mom to cover her ears. Her mom said, "It's just for one second," leading the fan to reply, "Are you even for one second in a Taylor Swift music video?"

Fellow Swifties declared her energetic response the "appropriate reaction" and said, "1 sec but forever part of history," and "put it on your tombstone or something because that's priceless."

People shared the videos with other fans on X, with one writing after seeing the live reactions, "THE CHAOS IN THIS VIDEO IM CRYING."

Along with the surprise music video drop, Swift also featured both Florence Welch and Jack Antonoff as guests on stage at the final London show. She will return to touring in November with her last dates before the Eras Tour ends.
