Anna Delvey is reportedly another step closer to freedom.
The convicted con artist and inspiration for the Netflix series Inventing Anna has officially been granted the ability to roam around Manhattan, thanks to new terms of her house arrest order, per information shared with Page Six .
According to the publication, Delvey—whose real name is Anna Sorokin—is now allowed to move freely within 75 miles of her East Village home, giving her the green light to produce shows in Manhattan for the upcoming New York Fashion Week.
After reportedly being issued a social security number, Delvey, who was born in Russia, can now officially and legally carry out work under her PR agency, OutLaw. She is expected to produce fashion week shows for a number of clients in the Altman Building in Chelsea alongside PR maven Kelly Cutrone and her agency, People's Revolution.
Some may remember that Delvey, 33, was able to participate in NYFW last year, though it was in a somewhat different capacity. She and Cutrone set up a "pop up" PR agency and Delvey wiggled around the terms of her house arrest by hosting fashion shows on the rooftop of her East Village apartment.
Delvey has also recently returned to social media after a judge ruled that she could resume her online presence beginning on Friday, Aug. 16. So far, she has teased a series of professional photos on Instagram, as well as a few videos made in partnership with the new USA TV series, The Anonymous .
“I would like to thank the United States government court system and especially my lawyers John Sandweg and Catherine Hunstad for fighting for my First Amendment rights," Delvey told Page Six earlier this month. "I’m also grateful and thrilled to be able to control my own narrative once again on social media."
Delvey's latest strides in her return to public life come years after she was famously convicted of grand larceny and theft for stealing an estimated $275,000 in a years-long scheme posing as a German heiress.
She was sentenced to four to 12 years in state prison, though she was released early in 2021 before being taken into ICE custody for overstaying her visa. Delvey was later released on house arrest in October 2022.
