Jason Kelce’s Pronunciation of This Word Is Giving Fans the ‘Ick’

Jason Kelce and his wife Kylie are starring in a set of Wawa commercials , and though many people absolutely love anything the couple works on together, the ad is giving one fan "the ick."

The retired NFL star appeared in a recent campaign for the convenience store chain, with fans taking to Reddit to share a poll that the retailer was apparently sending out to gauge the "appeal" of the former Philadelphia Eagles center.

"How appealing would this person be as a Wawa Spokesperson?" the questionnaire inquired, listing a few different multiple choice answer options ranging from Very Appealing to Very Unappealing.

"I don't know what a Wawa is, but anything involving a Kelce is VERY appealing," one fan insisted in the comment thread, while another confirmed, "They now have the Kelce options on the touch-screen menu you can get his and Kylie's favorite hoagie."

While in many people's opinions, Jason is "very appealing," not everyone was loving the TV spot, with one writing, "I hate the commercial. Especially when he says tasty, idk why, but it gives me the ick. And I’m a normal huge jason fan."

In a more recent ad of the series, Kylie serves as director, as her husband attempts to exit a vehicle and make his way into the house with an armful of hoagies, drinks and Wawa bags.

“More emotion, J., like you mean it!” she comically shouts. The couple’s campaign for the convenience store brand, which officially launches on Friday, Aug. 23, aims to show how Wawa has “grown to be a staple in their new routine,” according to a press release.
