Although summer is coming to an end, there’s no better month to enjoy the ripest fruits of the season than August—and we’ve got the recipes to prove it. From juicy peaches and plums to bursting berries and sweet melon, there are so many delicious sun-ripened fruits to choose from. And beyond enjoying our sweet, sweet harvest as is, there’s nothing better than tucking into a delectable brambleberry cobbler or a prosciutto and burrata salad, topped with balsamic glazed peaches . Better than making it yourself though, is being able to grab a crave-worthy, fruit-forward snack that’s ready to devour and as always, all roads lead right to Costco .

The bulk grocery warehouse chain is always on the mark with seasonal finds and goodies perfect for snacking solo or for sharing with the family, but we’re sure after seeing their latest find, you’ll want to keep them all to yourself. The fine folks behind @costcobuys shared a firsthand look at tasty looking Strawberry Shortbread Cookies by BisCotTea, and shoppers are saying they’re obsessed with how delicious they are.

Conveniently packaged in 1-pound bags, these buttery shortbread cookies feature top notes of juicy strawberries followed by undertones of rich buttery and caramelized sugar. These GMO-free cookies are made with natural ingredients like natural strawberry flavor and no artificial colors of dyes. The cookies are also low in sodium, making them a great treat to have alongside your morning coffee or on their own as a snack. With summer tea parties and brunches coming to a close, these are the perfect little bite of summer to keep the good vibes going strong well after the weather starts to cool.

Better than their bursting flavor and buttery texture though, is the wildly low price of just $7.99 for a bag. At that price, we’ll be stocking up on bags to enjoy until they return next summer. And who knows, maybe we’ll get a pumpkin spice flavor for the fall. One can dream right? Now if you’ll excuse us, we’ve got a Costco run to make.
