DQ Drops Exciting New Blizzard Flavor—But There's a Catch

Dairy Queen is dropping an exciting new line of frozen treats, and fans are eager to get their hands on them! There's just one major catch, though—it's only offered in the Philippines.

The ice cream chain recently debuted its Matcha Cheesecake Blizzard, a cold, sweet dessert comprised of "soft serve ice cream mixed with Uji Matcha and cheesecake chunks topped with 100% Uji Matcha powder and more cheesecake chunks," according to its description on the brand's website .

But that's not all. There are an array of other matcha-flavored offerings that hit the menu, too, including the Matcha Brownie Parfait, Matcha Mallows Tin Cake, Strawberry Matcha Blizzard Cake, Matcha Almond Blizzard, Dirty Matcha Blizzard, and Matcha Milkshake.

In a post shared by TikTok user jethrobalaguer , all the matcha creations were displayed, with the social media user urging followers to "run to Dairy Queen."

"Calling all the matcha ice cream lovers 💚!!! If you’re seeing this 👀, this is your sign 🪧 to try the new matcha creations 🍵 from Dairy Queen 🍨! My personal favorite is the matcha cheesecake 🤤," the caption of the upload read.

In the comment section, fellow match lovers rushed in to share their excitement for the new drop.

"ITS NOT A NEED ITS A WANTTTT," one scream-wrote, while another admitted, "now this I can get behind."

"Need everything!!" a third exclaimed, while a fourth claimed, "I love you more now," after being clued in to the line of desserts.

Meanwhile, someone else mourned, as it seems they'll have to miss out on this time around: "what did I do in my past life to be cursed w a lactose intolerance 😔."

And from the looks of it, they're not alone. One commenter asked, "is this in the states???" to which someone responded, "no it’s in the Philippines 🙁🙁🙁." Another person chimed in on the thread with "crying in American 😭" as an additional TikTok user agreed, "same girl 😞 someone in America need to bring this asap."
