Aldi Is Selling a Gorgeous $15 Rattan Vase Similar to a Crate & Barrel Style 6x the Price

We’ve said it in the past, and we’ll say it again: sometimes it’s the little details that truly bring a room together. Little decor pieces or fun art prints can really bring life to a space, and that includes candles or vases. And if you’re looking for a more rustic or boho-inspired vase, Aldi is going to sell a rattan vase this week that just might fit the bill. It also looks like a Crate & Barrel style 6x the price.

From Aug. 28 to Sept. 3, Aldi is selling a Huntington Home Rattan Vase for $14.99 in their Aldi Finds aisle. The vase comes in two styles. One vase a bit curvier than the other, but they both have a base and a lip at the opening. The curvier one just tapers in before the base of the base and again near the top. Both are, of course, made with rattan material and are “hand-woven wicker vase[s],” as the site says.

Huntington Home Rattan Vase , $14.99 at Aldi

Both measure 7.6 inches in diameter and 11.8 inches tall, though it’s not clear if that diameter is the base or the widest part of the vase. Regardless, as Aldi’s site says, it’s a good vase for “flowers, branches or pampas grass,” though you probably don’t want to put anything in there that needs water. Aldi’s website doesn’t say if there’s an inner tube or vase, but if there isn’t, this wicker vase won’t hold water well.

Medium Handwoven Seagrass Vase 17," $89.95 at Crate & Barrel

As we mentioned before, this Aldi rattan vase is similar to other styles out there, including Crate & Barrel’s Medium Handwoven Seagrass Vase , which is currently $89.95. As the listing states in the title, this indoor-only vase is 17 inches tall as well as 14 inches in diameter. This vase is a bit rounder than Aldi’s, but is a very similar vibe. But like Aldi’s vase it’s also handwoven and made with “seagrass, rattan and galvanized wire” for the frame. Again, this specifically mentions that it’s “not watertight,” making this also great for decorative items that don’t need water.

Brown Faux Seagrass Handmade Tall Woven Floor Vase , $79.95 at Michael's [Online only]

Michael’s also carries an online-only product that is similar to Aldi’s vase: the Brown Faux Seagrass Handmade Tall Woven Floor Vase . It measures 10.45 inches in diameter and 17.7 inches tall, making it a good floor vase (as its name suggests). It has a little bit of that curvy design like Aldi’s, though slightly different. This is made with “faux seagrass rope” over an iron frame.

If you like this kind of beachy, boho vase, then Aldi’s Huntington Home Rattan Vase is worth checking out if only for its price alone.
