Jazz Jennings Shows Off 100-Pound Weight Loss in 'Inspiring' Before-and-After Video

In 2015, TLC viewers were introduced to Jazz Jennings , a transgender teen from South Florida. Today, she is a Harvard student on a mission to be the healthiest version of herself. And recently, the 23-year-old showed off her 100-pound weight loss in an "inspiring" before-and-after video.

On Monday, Aug. 26, Jazz took to Instagram with an update on her wellness journey .

"Two years later and almost 100 pounds lighter!" she revealed in the caption. "I’m so proud of my progress and want to thank my family, friends and all who supported me in getting there!"

The clip started with footage of Jazz struggling while jogging and doing wall sits two years prior—before abruptly switching to recent shots of her confidently running and doing squats with a weighted ball.

"I'm proud of my progress towards better health, but I'm still running towards more goals!" she wrote in text overlain on the video.

"Good health is not a certificate you display, it is a constant effort!" Jazz added. "I still have room for improvement, but I am more motivated and inspired than I’ve been in years. Let’s keep it going!"

In the comments, fans showered the college student with love and support. One Instagram user declared, "What a transformation! I bet it feels good! 😊."

Someone else exclaimed, "Get it girl!!!! You are amazing and unstoppable!!! ❤️🙌," while another fan echoed, "Crushing it, Jazz!! So proud of you, kid!! ❤️🙌❤️."

Many of Jazz's family members chimed in with words of encouragement, too.

Her older sister, Ari , shared, "So inspiring ❤️❤️love you," while one of her older brothers, Sander , commented, "So proud to be by your side every step of the way! You inspire me so much. Keep pushing towards your goals ❤️❤️❤️."

Meanwhile, Jazz's mother, Jeanette , wrote, "Sooooooo proud of you! I love you so much. ❌⭕️❌⭕️."
