Fans in Their Feels as Anna Nicole Smith's Daughter, 17, Cosplays at Convention With Dad Larry Birkhead

Dannielynn Birkhead is growing up fast—and her dad, Larry Birkhead , is right by her side.

Larry took to Instagram on Tuesday, August 27, to share a series of photos from his weekend with Dannielynn—whom he shared with the late Anna Nicole Smith —at Power Morphicon in Pasadena, California, and fans couldn't get over the father-daughter duo's sweet bond.

"Had an awesome time at this weekend’s @officialpowermorphicon in Pasadena, California thanks to @tokuspirits! Dannielynn got to meet some of her favorite actors from Japanese live-action television," Larry wrote in his caption.

In the photos, Dannielynn could be seen cosplaying as three characters from the Kamen Rider series: Hino Eiji, Ankh and a version of Eiji being possessed by Ankh. As Larry explained, her costume included "Ankh's (Greeed) bird-style hand and feather infused hair."

"This is the first stop and pre-celebration for Dannielynn’s upcoming birthday celebration! The countdown begins now!" Larry continued, adding, "Next up Japan."

Fans gushed over Larry's parenting skills in the comments.

"Larry you are a wonderful, caring, nurturing and one COOL dad! Dannielynn is a fortunate young lady to be able to call you her Dad," agreed a second person.

In May, Dannielynn talked to E! News about her interest in Japanese culture, revealing that she plans on double majoring in forensic science and Japanese studies in college.

"I really have loved forensics ever since I was a kid. I would watch Dateline all the time," she said. "So I just find it really interesting, and I also love Japan and the culture and the language. So I was like, 'Oh, I can do those two things I love.'"
