Aldi Is Selling $15 Platform Sneakers That Are So Similar to a Dolce Vita Pair 10x the Price

We’ve written about many a fashion sneaker in the past and all are lovely—stylish sneakers are a great thing to own if you like comfort but don’t want to sacrifice your overall vibe. And while fashion sneakers can really elevate an outfit, sometimes their price tags are just too much. That’s why Aldi’s upcoming Aldi Finds drop is so exciting; they’re going to sell a gorgeous pair of platform sneakers that rival a popular Dolce Vita style that’s 10 times the price.

From September 4-10, Aldi will be selling the Serra Ladies Platform Sneaker for $14.99 in the Aldi Finds aisle. They have a basic sneaker design on the top part but added accents like the stitched look and the woven fabric make these instantly stand out. These sneakers also have a textured platform outsole, which Aldi’s site describes as “lightweight and durable,” and a memory foam in-sock for comfort.

Serra Ladies Platform Sneaker , $14.99 at Aldi

Aldi’s platform sneakers come in women’s sizes 7 through 10 and they come in the colors black and neutral. The platform outsole is white for both colors available and the bottom is tan with traction for better grip. As we mentioned before, they have a woven side panel, with the neutral color’s panel being varying shades of white or beige and the black color’s panel being black and white (the fabric looks almost like a preppy tweed skirt).

Dolen Sneakers , $99.90 (regularly $150) at Dolce Vita and Macy's

As we mentioned up top, these Aldi platform sneakers are a direct comparison to Dolce Vita’s popular Dolen Sneaker . They’re currently on sale on Dolce Vita’s site for $99.90, but they’re typically $150, which is their price at Macy's . They have the same textured platform outsole, prominent stitching and woven fabric on the side panels. They’re almost identical.

Aldi isn’t the first retailer to come out with Dolce Vita Dolen copycat sneakers. As we reported in March , Target was selling their lookalike version, the Persephone Sneaker , for $43. Those are now on sale for $30, however, you can’t beat Aldi’s sneakers, which are half that price.

Of course, you have to remember that a $150 pair of sneakers is most likely going to be higher quality or feel more expensive than sneakers from Aldi. However, with how much they look like the Dolce Vita Dolen Sneakers, Aldi’s Serra Ladies Platform Sneakers are definitely worth checking out.
