Jennifer Garner Delights Fans With 'Precious' Throwback Photo From the '70s: 'Those Were the Days'

Jennifer Garner is inducing major nostalgia with a years-old childhood photo of herself from the '70s.

The 13 Going on 30 actress took to Instagram over the 3-day 2024 Labor Day weekend to share her hopes for her followers: "I’m wishing you a 1970’s couch, book, and cat kind of long weekend. 💤😽."

Alongside the sentiment, she posted an image of a young Garner laid out on the couch, clutching her pet cat as they snuggled together for a quick snooze. Before falling asleep, she looked to have been reading a book, which was folded over her knees in the adorable throwback picture.

In the snap, she sported a checkered, flannel shirt with rolled up denim jeans, and bangs in her dark brown hair.

In the comment section, one fan agreed that "Those couches gave the best naps ☺️☺️."

Another responded, "That’s the nicest thing you could have ever said," while a third admitted, "I wish I could go back to that for a day to just appreciate 'all the things'.....simplicity, Mom, pure happiness. ❤️."

Meanwhile, someone else insisted Garner is the "Spitting image of Fin 🥰," her middle child, in the old snap.

In addition to the 15-year-old, the Deadpool & Wolverine actress also shares two more kids with her ex-husband, Ben Affleck : daughter Violet , 18, and son Samuel , 12.
