Fans Express Concern for Gypsy Rose After Seeing Sonogram of Her Baby Girl

Recently, fans expressed concern for Gypsy Rose Blanchard after noticing that the mom-to-be left some important information visible while sharing her most recent sonogram on social media.

Blanchard, who is expecting the arrival of her first child in early 2025, shared a snapshot of her 20-week sonogram on Instagram on Tuesday, Sept. 3. “Our sweet baby girl 💕for our 20 week ultrasound,” Blanchard wrote to caption the post. “She is growing and measuring beautifully. #pregnancy #babygirl #newmom.”

The photo quickly amassed tens of thousands of likes, with many fans also leaving comments while gushing about their excitement for the 33-year-old.

However, some of Blanchard’s Instagram followers sounded the alarm after noticing her OB-GYN's name and other personal details were visible at the top of the sonogram.

“Girl blur out where your being seen for you and baby’s safety,” one fan urged as another echoed, "Blur out the info!”

“I know there’s already other comments suggesting this - but I would blur out where your scan is from,” another person agreed. They clarified the reason for their recommendation, writing, “Some people are crazy so just out of precaution probably best just to blur it out.”

“You may want to black out your ob so the crazy don’t come an bother you,” yet another Instagram user commented.

Blanchard has been in the spotlight often since she got out of prison in December 2023. Before her release on parole, Blanchard served eight years of a 10-year prison sentence for the part she played in the murder of her mother, whom Blanchard accused of forcing her to pretend for years that she was sick with several serious illnesses.

Just over six months after her release from prison, Blanchard and her ex-fiancé, Ken Urker , announced their pregnancy . Their daughter is due in January 2025.

After her 20-week sonogram appointment, Blanchard returned to the comment section of her Tuesday Instagram post to provide another update for her fans.

“I received a call from my doctors office and the results of our 20 week anatomy scan all came back perfectly normal,” she revealed. “She is measuring to size for what she should be and she is looking like a very healthy, beautiful baby girl. 🩷.”
